Adela brings deep expertise in yoga, performance training, and mindful movement to every class and session. She blends science‑based alignment, body awareness, and strength‑building techniques to help students of all levels feel more capable, confident, and connected to their practice. From beginners taking their first steps on the mat to seasoned athletes refining skills, Adela’s coaching is supportive, clear, and results‑focused.

With experience guiding high school athletes to NFL professionals, she created Life’s Tread to make purposeful movement accessible, encouraging, and transformative for everyone who walks through our doors.
