What these terms cover

By using this website you accept the terms on this page. They apply to the website only.

Booking a class, buying a membership, and scheduling a session are handled through WellnessLiving, and those transactions are governed by the studio's booking and membership terms together with WellnessLiving's own terms, both of which you accept at the point of booking. Where the two differ, the terms you accepted when booking govern the booking.

This site is not medical advice

Everything on this website is general information about movement, exercise, and the studio's approach. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a treatment plan.

If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, managing a chronic condition, or have been told to be careful with exercise, talk to your doctor or your clinician before starting. Then tell your instructor what they said. That second step is the one people skip, and it is the one that lets us adapt what we ask of you.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and current, but schedules change, instructors change, and options change. The booking system is the authority on what is actually running and what it costs. Where this website and the booking system disagree, the booking system is correct.

Using the site

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
• Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Do not scrape or republish the site's content or images without permission.

Content and ownership

The Life’s Tread name, the wording on this site, and the images used on it belong to Life’s Tread LLC or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to any page here. You may not copy substantial parts of the content for your own commercial use.

Links to other places

This site links to WellnessLiving, to the Apple App Store and Google Play, and to the studio's social media accounts. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content or their policies.

Liability

The website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Life’s Tread LLC is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey.
